The Old Quarry Road Waste Management Facility and Inkpen Road Waste Management Facility will be implementing important changes to requirements to dispose of certain household items.

The Shire of Northam has resolved to adopt the Shire of Northam Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 20 November 2024. The purpose of the proposed Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 is to make provisions about the establishment and organisation of bush fire brigades.

The Shire of Northam gives notice of its intention to impose the following fees and charges in accordance with Section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995 which will come into effect as of 4th December 2024:
