Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of the proposed partial closure of Bryant Street, Northam between 54 Kennedy Street and 31 Bryant Street.

Submissions from the public are invited. Anyone wishing to make a comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission, addressed to the undersigned, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, 6401 or by email at [email protected], on or before close of business, 13^th September 2021.
