Tender 04 of 2025 - Disposal of land by lease and the purchase of furniture and equipment

The Shire of Northam is seeking to dispose of land by lease and the purchase of furniture and equipment by public tender, in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

Deadline

Tenders close on 7 March 2025 at 4:00pm.

Tender Lodgement

Tenders must be lodged electronically to the Shire of Northam at [email protected] or in person at the Shire of Northam Administration Centre, 395 Fitzgerald St, Northam.

Canvassing of Elected Members and Shire Officers will automatically disqualify any tender submitted.

The Shire is not bound to accept the highest tender and may decline to accept any tender. Late tenders and tenders submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.
