Congratulations to all the fantastic local community groups, businesses, services, and volunteers who dedicated their time and creativity to bring to life another unforgettable Northam Bilya Festival Parade.
 
We extend our gratitude to Shire President Chris Antonio, Chairman of the Avon Descent Greg Kaeding, and Senior Sergeant Ross Eastman for serving as our esteemed judges, and the results are now in!
