Disposal of Hangar 41, Northam Airport, 105 Withers Street, Northam

The Shire of Northam intends to dispose of Hangar site 41, 105 Withers Street Northam on Certificate Title 1348 Folio 539 by lease agreement to Liberty Ballooning Flights for the annual sum of $1,618.84 in accordance with the Shire of Northam Policy A8.5 and s3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
