Local Planning Scheme No.6

Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 27^th January 2021 resolved to adopt in accordance with the provisions of Local Planning Scheme No. 6 the following amended local planning policies:

• LPP2: General Development Guidelines
• LPP3: Transportable, Repurposed and Secondhand Dwellings
• LPP13: Ancillary Dwellings & Workers Accommodation
• LPP17: Industrial Development

 As part of the review, Council also resolved to revoke LPP6: Construction of a Second Dwelling on a Rural Lot and to lift the COVID19 suspension of LPP7, LPP8 and LPP20.
