PUBLIC NOTICE

 
PROPOSED PARTIAL CLOSURE OF GREY STREET, NORTHAM

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of the proposed partial closure of Grey Street, Northam between Minson Avenue and the Avon River foreshore.

The proposed partial road closure is to facilitate the construction of a public electric vehicle charging station. A copy of the Council minutes and plans are available on the Shire’s website HERE. (item 13.3.4)

Comments on the proposal are invited.

 
Anyone wishing to make a comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, 6401 or by email to [email protected], on or before close of business on 2nd of January, 2024.
