The Shire of Northam is seeking to Dispose of Land by Lease by public tender in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

Documentation must be obtained via the Shire of Northam’s website at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/tenders/.

Deadline

Tenders close on 21 February 2025 at 4:00pm.

Tender Lodgement

Tenders must be lodged electronically to the Shire of Northam at [email protected] or in person at the Shire of Northam Administration Centre, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam.

Canvassing of Elected Members and Shire Officers will automatically disqualify any tender submitted.

The Shire is not bound to accept the highest tender and may decline to accept any tender. Late tenders and tenders submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.
