That Council:
1. Adopts the draft amended Local Planning Policy No. 3 – Small Homes, Transportable, Repurposed & Second-Hand Dwellings (Attachment 1) for the purposes of advertising.
2. Advertises the draft Local Planning Policy in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 for a minimum period of 21 days.
3. Receives a further Report to consider any submissions and modifications prior to adopting for final approval, amended Local Planning Policy No. 3. |

That Council resolve to authorise the Chief Executive Officer to commence the processes to formally close the subject portion of Grey Street, Northam for conversion to a reserve for the purposes of car parking under management of the Shire of Northam in accordance with the provisions of the Land Administration Act 1997. |
