SHIRE OF NORTHAM

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

APPLICATION TO BE DETERMINED BY THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT PANEL

 
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
 
Address: 77 Wellington Street East, Northam
Proposal:   Redevelopment and refurbishment of St Joseph’s Secondary School facilities and temporary use approval for transportable classrooms.
 
Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section and will be available until 14 March 2025.
 
Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on 14 March 2025. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
The application will be determined by the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel at a date and venue to be confirmed and will be advertised on the Shire’s website and social media once announced.
