The Shire of Northam has received an application to use and develop the land and buildings for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Lot No.: 860                 Street: Yilgarn Avenue                        Suburb: Malabaine

Proposal: Roadhouse

The proposed Roadhouse will be providing service and rest facilities for travellers, truck drivers and the general public through the provision of standard fuel facilities, diesel facilities, convenience store, diner, Lounge area, separate truckers lounge and amenities, and caravan parking. The proposed development will be sited within landscaped surrounds.
