NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for the proposed change of use to 30 Oliver Street, Northam to Industry Rural; for the purposes of operating a nut and seed processing and packaging facility.

Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/your-say-northam and will be available until 23 November 2021.

Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on 23^rd November 2021. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
