NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

PROPOSED HYDROGEN PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION PLANT & EXPANSION TO EXISTING SOLAR FARM

Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for a proposed hydrogen production and distribution plant and expansion to existing solar farm at Lots 6 & 7 (No. 131) Northam-York Road, Muluckine.

Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comments’ section and will be available until 18^th August 2023.

Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on 18^th August 2023. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].

The application will be determined by the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel at a date and venue to be confirmed and will be advertised on the Shire’s website and social media once announced.
