NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT PANEL APPLICATION

PROPOSED EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for a proposed Education Establishment at Lot 701 (8) Frankish Road, Northam.

Details and plans of the proposal are available for inspection on the Shire’s website, www.northam.wa.gov.au and at the Shire’s offices at 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam and will be available for inspection during office hours up to and including Tuesday, 21 April 2020.

Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on Friday, 24 April 2020. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
