Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the Shire of Northam has prepared the above-mentioned Local Planning Scheme Amendment.

The purpose of the proposed Amendment is to rezone Lot 860 Yilgarn Avenue, Malabaine from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Use 12 – Truck & Travel Centre’ and amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the local planning scheme amendment have been deposited at the Council office, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including Wednesday 31st May 2017.
