Proposal to Dispose of Property by Lease (Closed)

The Shire of Northam intends to lease out the following properties to a charitable or community organisation for cropping and grazing purposes:

  • Part Reserve 51213 Lot 471 on Deposited Plan 44376 as contained in Crown Lease Volume LR3158 Folio 779
    approximately 70 hectares of cropping and grazing land.
  • Part Reserve 51213 Lot 470 on Deposited Plan 221055 as contained in Crown Lease Volume LR3158 Folio 779 approximately 8 hectares of cropping and grazing land.

Interested groups should apply in writing stating their organisation name and the required usage of the property
by 17 April 2017. Submissions should be made to:
