NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Proposed Fuel Depot at 173 Newcastle Road, Northam

Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for a proposed Fuel Depot at 173 Newcastle Road, Northam.

Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/your-say-northam and will be available until 25 October 2021.

Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on 25st October 2021. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
