Event Overview

Get ready for an unforgettable evening on June 1 at the 2025 Northam Elevate Festival! A mesmerising balloon glow will light up the night with balloons tethered and glowing in time to the music on stage; a magical experience not to be missed (weather permitting).

This year's headline act, The Baby Animals, will rock the stage with their electrifying performance, and will be the finale of a jam-packed stage show guaranteed to entertain.

Explore the vibrant markets, visit the bar area (over 18’s only), and indulge in delicious treats from the food stalls. Elevate also boasts thrilling carnival rides, and a variety of family-friendly activities that promise fun for all ages.

Elevate will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Northam Light Balloon Fiesta, which will showcase hoppers and balloons from far and wide across the Northam skies between May 30 and June 2.

The Shire of Northam accepts WA Companion Cards for Elevate Festival. Contact us when you have made a booking to add a companion ticket to your booking at no cost (one companion per paying attendee- companion card required for each free ticket)

Entry includes free rides, amusements, and activities inside of the event.

Camping & Accomomdation

Camping will be available at the following locations:

  • Northam Caravan Park | Yilgarn Avenue

         Contact direct for pricing | bookings essential

  • Overflow Campsite | Northam & Districts Motorcycle Club

         $30 per site | bookings essential |May 31 & June 1 only

  • Northam Short Stay RV Park | Mitchell Avenue

         FREE | no bookings taken- limited space available

Parking

Parking will be available at Jubilee Oval (Peel Terrace) for a fee.

Free parking will be available around Northam CBD, as well as at the Northam Village Square and Northam Boulevard shopping centres, which are both on the route of our free event shuttle service.

FREE Event Shuttle Service

A free shuttle service will be available for those parking at locations other than Jubilee Oval. Stops included on the route will be as follows:

  • Northam Districts Motorcycle Club (overflow camping)
  • Cnr Stirling & Forrest Street (no parking available)
  • Create 298/ Beavis Place (limited parking available)
  • Northam Boulevard/ Woolworths Side (parking available)
  • Northam RV Park/ Mitchell Avenue (parking available)
  • Northam Village Square (parking available)
  • Northam Recreation Centre (Elevate Festival)
 
 
 
The Elevate Festival is a unique hot air balloon themed event held in Northam, Australia's premier hot air ballooning destination.
 
This evening event will be held at Henry Street Oval, Northam. It provides interactive opportunities for spectators including unique hot air balloon experiences, live music, food stalls, family entertainment as well as a chance to meet the hot air balloon pilots.
 
Weather permitting, the hot air balloons will be tethered to the ground and inflated at sunset. The balloon burners will be ignited periodically to keep the balloons inflated, creating a spectacular balloon glow display for the audience.
