Trial Policy Changes

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 16 October 2024, Council resolved to amend the Shire's Policy on Trading on Thoroughfares & Public Places to allow more flexibility for mobile food traders to operate at designated locations and times on a trial basis until June 30, 2025.
 
As the trial Policy is still in effect, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the changes that may affect you prior to June 30.
 
Upon completion of the trial period, any feedback received will be included in a further report to Council to determine if the change in policy direction should be adopted on a more permanent basis.
