Proposed disposal of land pursuant to the Local Government Act 1995 section 3.58(3)

The Shire of Northam gives notice of its intent to dispose of Hangar 11 at the Northam Airfield by lease in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 s.3.58(3).
The disposal price is $6.00 per square metre, per annum for commercial hangars.
These fees are consistent with the rental rate set by Council on 20 July 2022.
Council is requesting feedback related to the below disposition.
Submissions should be marked “Disposal of Hangar 11 - Shire of Northam Airfield” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, WA 6401 or emailed to [email protected].
Written submissions in relation to the proposed disposal must be lodged before 4.00pm, 21 April 2025.
