A Special Meeting of Council has been convened by the Shire President which will take place in the Shire of Northam Council Chambers, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam:

Date: 30 April 2025

Time: 5:00pm

Location: Council Chambers, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam    

Purpose: To consider the following agenda item:

• 7.1 Disposal of 116 Peel Terrace Street, Northam.

This meeting is not open to the public, in accordance with Regulation 4A of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 as the item relates to a determination by the local government for the sale of property by the local government, and the discussion of such a matter, are matters prescribed for the purposes of section 5.23(2)(h) of the Local Government Act 1995.

Please be advised that this meeting will be livestreamed and audio-recorded and made available on the Shire of Northam’s YouTube channel.
